Representatives of WFEN are participating in the IUCN World Conservation Congress, Barcelona.  Held every four years, the goal of the Congress is to improve management of the environment for human, social and economic development.

The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), is the world’s oldest and largest global environmental network.  Its mission is to influence, encourage and assist societies throughout the world to conserve the integrity and diversity of nature and to ensure that any use of natural resources is equitable and ecologically sustainable.
